These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Kuji, a service operated by Makesquare Studio Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Kuji, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
To use Kuji, you must:
- Provide accurate information when required
- Keep your account or messaging access secure
- Be legally able to accept these Terms
If you are under 18, you should use Kuji with parent or guardian guidance. If you are under 13, parental or guardian permission is required.
You are responsible for activity under your account or connected messaging profile.
2. Service Description
Kuji provides AI-powered exam prep, including:
- Practice questions
- Explanations and tutoring support
- Learning progress insights
- Study interactions through channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee
Kuji is an educational support tool. It does not guarantee any specific exam score, admission outcome, scholarship, or academic result.
You are responsible for how you use generated content and explanations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Kuji for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Share malware, spam, or harmful code
- Infringe another person’s rights
- Resell, copy, or commercially exploit Kuji without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
5. User Content
You keep ownership of content you submit (such as messages, answers, and study prompts). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve Kuji.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
Some Kuji features may be free, while others require payment.
- Paid plans are billed based on the plan you choose and pricing shown at checkout.
- Payment is charged through the payment method or store account you select (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play, where applicable).
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal under the applicable store or payment provider rules.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased (for example, your Apple or Google subscription settings).
- Unless required by law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you begin a paid subscription, where permitted by law.
Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

8. Third-Party Platforms
If you access Kuji through third-party platforms (for example WhatsApp or Telegram), your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Kuji, including its design, software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Makesquare Studio Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the service.
You may stop using Kuji at any time.
11. Disclaimers
Kuji is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makesquare Studio Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of Kuji.
Our total liability for any claim relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makesquare Studio Limited from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of Kuji or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
