Welcome to Kuji. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kuji platform operated by Ansibyl (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using Kuji, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service.

1. Account Registration

To use Kuji, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Service Description

Kuji provides:

  • AI-powered CV tailoring
  • AI-generated cover letters
  • Interview practice with feedback
  • Job application management tools

Our AI tools are designed to assist, not replace, your judgment in job applications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information in CVs or applications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

4. Content and Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, work history, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for providing our services.

Our Content

All AI-generated content (tailored CVs, cover letters, interview questions) is provided for your personal use in job applications. We retain no ownership claim over generated content.

Intellectual Property

The Kuji platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Ansibyl and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

Your first job pack is free and includes one tailored CV, cover letter, and interview practice session.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

6. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Employment

Kuji does not guarantee that using our service will result in job offers or interviews. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

AI Limitations

Our AI-generated content is a tool to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all content before submitting job applications.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansibyl shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Job application outcomes
  • Data loss beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ansibyl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
