Delete Your Kuji Account

This page explains how users of Kuji (by Makesquare Studio Limited) can request account deletion and data deletion.
Kuji does not currently offer a separate way to delete only some data while keeping an account active. To delete your data, you must request account deletion.
Steps to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Kuji account and associated data:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: Delete my Kuji account.
- Include the account identifier you use on Kuji (for example, your phone number, email address, Telegram username, or WhatsApp number).
- We may ask for a quick verification step to confirm account ownership before deletion.
- After verification, we process deletion and send a confirmation email when complete.
What Data Is Deleted
When your request is verified, we begin deletion. Your Kuji account data is deleted within 90 days, including:
- Account profile data (name, contact details, and account identifiers)
- Study history and learning interactions (questions, answers, progress, and feedback)
- Conversation history used to provide tutoring support
- Non-essential support records linked to your account
What Data Is Kept
- None. Kuji does not keep your user account data after the deletion process is completed.
Retention Periods
- Account and learning data: deleted within 90 days after a verified deletion request.
- Data kept after deletion: none.
Important Note for Google Play Subscriptions
Deleting your Kuji account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel your subscription in the Google Play app to avoid future billing.
