How do we turn our course into a Kuji path?

Define the course goal, audience, learning outcomes, success criteria, tutor brief, and supporting materials. Your team can build the path manually or use Kuji’s AI-assisted drafting flow, then review everything before publishing.

How do learners join?

Learners enter a course or organization code, or follow a direct joining link. Enrollment can happen automatically or wait for staff approval.

What can our staff see?

Authorized staff can see progress on organization paths, including outcome ratings, lesson boards, transcripts, and graded answers. A learner’s personal paths remain private.

How does Kuji measure learning?

Kuji evaluates demonstrated performance against the outcomes and success criteria your organization defined. Growth compares a learner’s first and latest readings on the same outcome.

Can Kuji use our materials and teaching rules?

Yes. Add syllabi, notes, slides, past questions, text, and other approved materials. You can also specify teaching approach, scope, terminology, integrity rules, and local context.

Can schools and employers use seats differently?

Yes. Schools and course providers can restrict funded tutoring time to organization paths. Employers can allow learners to use the same seat on any path, including learning goals they create themselves.

Does Kuji support LMS integration or single sign-on?

Kuji currently supports code-based enrollment and learner IDs that connect exports to your own records. Direct roster imports, LTI, and institutional single sign-on are on the roadmap.
