# Kuji

> Kuji is a live AI tutor that talks with you, explains on a shared whiteboard, and works through the part that isn’t clicking one step at a time.

Kuji is used in the browser: you talk with the tutor out loud, it explains on a shared whiteboard with equations, diagrams, plots and worked steps, and it checks your understanding as you go. Learners can start for free.

## How it works

- **Talk it through.** Kuji listens, responds, and adjusts as you work—more like sitting with a tutor than messaging a chatbot. (Ask questions out loud; Interrupt when something doesn’t make sense; Get shorter, clearer explanations when you’re lost.)
- **See the idea take shape.** As Kuji explains, the shared board fills with equations, diagrams, plots, and worked steps. (Explanations appear as you talk; Visual emphasis on the important step; Space for your own working.)
- **Know when you really understand.** Kuji checks your reasoning, gives you independent problems, and remembers which concepts need another look. (Frequent, low-pressure questions; Practice matched to your level; Future lessons informed by past gaps.)
